The 12-hour Luxor day tour operates daily, with departure times depending on flight availability between 3:30 AM and 10:30 PM. This private tour includes round-trip pick-up and drop-off from your Cairo location, economy class flight tickets, an expert tour guide, lunch at a local restaurant, all taxes and services, bottled water, and all transfers in a private A/C vehicle. The tour does not include personal items, tips, an entry visa to Egypt, or any optional tours.

One-Day Tour to Luxor from Cairo by Plane

Itinerary:

– Start Time: 3:30 AM
Begin your journey with a pickup from your hotel in Cairo by an Emo Tours representative, who will transfer you to the domestic airport for your flight to Luxor.

– Arrival in Luxor:
Upon arrival, our expert tour guide will greet you with a sign displaying your name. You will then be transferred in a private A/C vehicle (latest model) to start your full-day tour.

West Bank of the Nile:

1. Valley of the Kings & Deir El Bahari Temple:
Explore the Valley of the Kings, where the rulers of Egypt’s Eighteenth, Nineteenth, and Twentieth Dynasties were buried. This vast royal burial site, across the river from Thebes (modern-day Luxor), houses tombs of some of Egypt’s most famous pharaohs.
Next, visit the Deir El Bahari Temple, a stunning architectural marvel that was built for Queen Hatshepsut, the female pharaoh.

2. Colossi of Memnon:
Visit the impressive statues of Amenhotep III, known as the Colossi of Memnon, which stand proudly at the entrance of his mortuary temple in the Theban Necropolis.

3. Temple of Queen Hatshepsut:
Explore the magnificent terraced Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari. This temple is dedicated to one of Egypt’s most celebrated female rulers and is a breathtaking sight against the cliff backdrop.

East Bank of the Nile:

4. Karnak Temple:
Visit the magnificent Karnak Temple Complex, one of the largest and most impressive religious complexes in Egypt. It houses multiple temples and structures, with construction spanning from the Middle Kingdom through to the Ptolemaic period.

5. Luxor Temple:
End your East Bank tour with a visit to Luxor Temple, a stunning example of ancient Egyptian architecture, built by several pharaohs throughout history.

Break for Rest:

After exploring the East Bank, you will be transferred to a hotel in Luxor for a day-use room where you can rest and relax before your flight back to Cairo.

Return to Cairo:

– Flight Back:
At around 10:00 PM, you will be transferred to Luxor airport for your return flight to Cairo.

-Arrival in Cairo:
Upon arrival, you will be met by our local representative and transferred back to your hotel in Cairo.
